With over 15 years of experience across editorial, marketing and commercial projects, Lou Kenney brings creativity, precision and a deep passion for food to every brief. Lou is the author of Dinner’s in the Bag, Foolproof Air Fryer, and Foolproof Veggie Air Fryer (all published by Quadrille), and is currently working on her next title with Wellbeck.
Trained at the illustrious Ballymaloe Cookery School, Lou is equally at ease working independently or collaborating within a team. Her background in the performing arts informs a dynamic approach - Lou loves working on creative briefs, particularly in film and television projects. Driven, energetic and always focused on getting the job done, Lou is passionate about food, farming, and whenever possible, avoiding the washing up.
